Amanda Chakravarty (Creative Director of Art Cube Studios) has come home after a long sojourn
out west. After receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Drawing and an Art Endorsed Teaching Credential
from Arizona State University, she pursued a professional artist and teaching career in art and
moved to Orange County, California. There she
began a steady run of numerous exhibitions and sales of her work around the nation while
teaching art to junior high students in the public school system. As a
working professional artist and art instructor, she believes that
anything can be achieved through belief and encouragement. Amanda has been credentialed to teach grades k-12 in Arizona, California and is current in Illinois.
Amanda teaches mainly drawing classes at Art Cube Studios, instructs independent sessions for advanced high school students and adults and special needs students... and runs the studio of course. =)

Hannah Miller grew
up in Plainfield, Illinois were she attended the Plainfield school
districts. She
graduated in the summer of 2009 from Benedictine University with a
Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art with a focus in oil
painting. While her most interested subject is the human
figure and its environment, her talents and expertise extent beyond just
the figure. She teaches a variety of oil painting classes which
include, but are not limited to figure painting, still life painting,
landscapes and the interdisciplinary techniques of numerous eras.
Her ambitions are to teach High
school level art in hopes to inspire the minds of young artists.
Hannah teaches Oil Painting classes for Middle School students, High School Students and Adults at all levels. She also teaches independent sessions in Oil Painting for all levels and drawing for beginner-intermediate students of all ages at Art Cube Studios.

Karen McQuary is a graduate of the University of Illinois
with a BFA in Painting and Illustration and University of St Francis
with a Master of Education. She works in advertising, graphic design and illustration as
well as produces works of fine art and photography. As an Illinois
credentialed Art Teacher for students in kindergarten through 9th grade, Karen is an experienced educator and skilled in many areas.
Karen
teaches any Elementary and Middle School Classes and independent
sessions for kids and adults and special needs students at Art Cube
Studios.

Lynne Dutton
a.k.a Ms. Chocolate
Lynne teaches Elementary age classes and workshops. She also loves to help out with Special Events such as Birthday parties at Art Cube Studios.
Stephanie Lunn grew up in Plainfield, Illinois. She is currently studying at the American Academy of Art in Chicago, pursuing a BFA in Illustration. She desires to become a children’s book illustrator and also hopes to own her own gallery in the future. She enjoys watercolor painting, figure drawing, and many other crafts. She is passionate about her art, and strives to motivate and inspire other budding artists to find their passion, too.

Darcy Berg has
her B.S. in Ornamental Horticulture from California State Polytechnic
University, Pomona. Darcy is a dynamic teacher sure to inspire young and
old alike. She exhibits her art nationally and it can be seen locally

Darcy teaches photography, printmaking, bead-making, as well as a
variety of painting classes, for all ages, at Art Cube Studios.

Bryan Janky is a 2009 graduate of the American Academy of Art in Chicago, with a
Bachelor in Fine Arts degree in Illustration. He teaches caricature
portrait art & digital painting. A self-taught caricature artist
since 15 years old, Bryan is regularly commissioned for various events
from the southland suburbs to Chicago. When not drawing caricatures,
Bryan enjoys watercolor painting and graphic design and actively pursues
a career as a children's book illustrator.

Denise M. Baran-Unland is a
freelance writer, author of the BryonySeries young adult vampire series.
and founding member of WriteOn writer's group. She formerly taught
features and creative writing classes for a homeschool cooperative and
operated a youth ministry.
Denise will so be teaching creative writing workshops for High School and Adult age students at Art Cube Studios.
Mike Carlson
studied at the American Academy of Art in Chicago and graduated in
1971. He has exhibited at many Chicago and suburban galleries and art
fairs and has won numerous awards for his watercolor works. In addition
to being a watercolor artist, Mike also worked for the Chicago
Sun-Times and the Chicago Daily News as a cartoonist and Art Director
for 38 years. Again, Mike has now returned to painting, at a rapid
pace, hoping to continue where he left off.
