Our Artists

Amanda Chakravarty (Creative Director of Art Cube Studios) has come home after a long sojourn out west.  After receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Drawing from Arizona State University, she pursued a teaching career in art and moved to Orange County, California.  There she began a steady run of numerous exhibitions and sales of her work while teaching art to junior high students in the public school system.  As a working professional artist and art instructor, she believes that anything can be achieved through belief and encouragement.

Mike Carlson studied at the American Academy of Art in Chicago and graduated in 1971.  He has exhibited at many Chicago and suburban galleries and art fairs and has won numerous awards for his watercolor works.  In addition to being a watercolor artist, Mike also worked for the Chicago Sun-Times and the Chicago Daily News as a cartoonist and Art Director for 38 years.  Again, Mike has now returned to painting, at a rapid pace, hoping to continue where he left off.

Bryan Janky is a 2009 graduate of the American Academy of Art in Chicago, with a Bachelor in Fine Arts degree in Illustration. He teaches caricature portrait art & digital painting.
